What is Stable Signature?

Meta and Stability AI developed "Stable Signature", an invisible watermarking technique that embeds a cryptographic key directly into the latent space of the image generator. This means the watermark is literally built into the fabric of the image itself.

Defeating Stable Signature

Because Stable Signature is embedded during the generation phase, simple metadata stripping won't remove it. Our Maximum Mode applies a destructive pixel wash—resizing, frequency shifting, and noise injection—that effectively corrupts the latent signature without compromising visual quality.
